Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.

Terms and Conditions

1 All parts purchased will comply with the "Supply of Goods Act 1994" and are of satisfactory quality unless specified at time of sale.
2 All used parts carry a 60 day guarantee All new parts carry 12 month guarantee.
3 Only parts listed on our invoice are covered by the guarantee.
4 All parts supplied are marked,removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee.
5 No parts are to be altered,modified or dismantled in anyway without prior permission,failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee.
6 In the event of a item being surplus to requirements we will accept the return of the item less a 30% charge for handling and administration charges.
7 Any items cancelled after ordering for what ever reason will incure a 30% cancellation fee.
8 All items we sell are checked before been shipped. If any items are not satisfactory we will exchange them for you or you can return for a full refund.
All return items must be accompanied with the orginal paperwork to enable us to process your refund.
9 All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/chain,new filters and new oil upon installation.Failure to follow these instructions will result in the guarantee been rendered NULL& VOID.
10 All gearboxes must be filled with new oil,to the correct level upon installation. Auto gearboxes must be fitted with the torque converter supplied with the gearbox failure to do so will invalidate your guarantee.
11 All parts supplied are on a PARTS ONLY basis Bradgate Motors are unable to accept responsibilty for labour charges incurred in fitting or removal of parts purchased from ourselves.Nor do we accept any responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss.
12 All electrical items such as "Electric window regulators & ECU units" are NON REFUNDABLE. Please ensure you ask for the correct part number and are absolutley certain that the electrical item you are ordering will remedy your problem.Once an electrical item is ordered and we have confirmed the part numbers you are unable to return the item for a refund UNLESS our unit proves to be faulty.
13 Please ensure all goods are checked throughly BEFORE being signed for. If the courier will not let you do this the words "UNCHECKED or UNEXAMINED" must be added to the delivery note,(This will give you 24 hours to check the part and let us know of any damage),failure to do this will invalidate any claim for a refund for " Goods damaged in transit".

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
